Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message. We use it to answer your enquiry and maintain necessary records.
Website data
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to collect basic technical and usage information such as pages viewed, referring source, browser type, device category and outbound-link clicks. We use this to understand which resources help readers and to improve the site. You can decline analytics in the notice shown on your first visit.
Our hosting and security providers may process network information, including IP address, request details and essential security cookies, to deliver the site and prevent abuse. This processing is separate from optional analytics.
Interactive tools
The habit finder, consistency score and if–then plan builder run in your browser. Your answers and plan text are not submitted to HabitLab or included in analytics.
External links
Links to app stores and third-party sites are governed by those services’ privacy policies. A link may contain a campaign identifier so we can measure whether a HabitLab page contributed to an app visit.
